These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sharp mobile application and sharpmenswear.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Vy Group, LLC (“Sharp,” “we,” “us”). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sharp. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
The Sharp app & service
Sharp is a styling tool: you complete a short profile (occasion, sizes, budget, style direction), and Sharp returns a recommended look drawn from a controlled product catalog, with an editorial rationale and links to buy each piece. Recommendations are generated by an AI system operating over a fixed set of allowed products; Sharp does not invent products, prices, or availability.
Sharp is a styling and shopping-discovery tool. It does not provide medical, health, or body-image advice, and nothing in the Service should be understood as such.
Your photos & the You preview
Sharp can generate a private, personalized preview of a recommended look on you (“You” preview) from one or two photos you choose to provide. This feature is optional and requires your explicit, separate consent before each use.
- Session-only handling. Photos you provide for a You preview are sent to our AI provider for that single request, are not written to disk by Sharp, and are removed from your app session once the preview is generated. Sharp does not build a durable photo library from this feature.
- Body-type fidelity. The preview is built to preserve your proportions as they are: it must not slim, enlarge, lengthen, or otherwise reshape your body. It is nonetheless an AI-generated approximation, not a photograph, and may not be perfectly accurate.
- Your license to us. You retain ownership of your photos. By submitting a photo for a You preview, you grant Sharp a limited, non-exclusive license to process that photo solely to generate the preview you requested. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.
- Consented uploads only. Only submit photos of yourself, or of another person with their clear permission.

Subscriptions, credits & payment
Certain Sharp features, including recurring styling and on-demand You previews, require a paid subscription or one-time credits, purchased through the Apple App Store (or another storefront we support) using standard in-app purchases.
- Pricing. Current prices and any free-trial terms are shown in the app and at the App Store before you buy, and are not fixed by these Terms.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
- Refunds. Purchases through the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple under Apple’s own policies. Sharp does not directly process payment card data.
- Credits. Where a feature is metered by credits, a credit is reserved before generation begins and consumed only on successful delivery; a failed generation does not consume your credit.
Shopping through retailer links
Every product Sharp recommends links to an exact item at a third-party retailer (for example, Amazon). Sharp does not sell products, hold inventory, process checkout, or handle shipping or returns. When you follow a link and buy something, that purchase is with the retailer, under the retailer’s own terms, prices, and policies — not with Sharp.
Sharp may earn a commission when you purchase through some retailer links. This does not change the price you pay.
Sharp works to keep prices, sizes, and availability current, but retailers control that data and it can change after Sharp last checked it. Confirm price, size, and availability on the retailer’s site before you buy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. You will not:
- Upload a photo of anyone without their consent, or upload unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content;
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or circumvent the security of the Service;
- Scrape, crawl, or extract material at scale, or use automated tools to do so, without our written consent;
- Misrepresent your identity or age, or attempt to resell or redistribute Sharp’s recommendations or generated previews commercially;
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service at any time to protect our users or our systems.
Intellectual property
Our materials
The Service, including its text, editorial imagery, logos, catalog curation, and code, is owned by Vy Group, LLC or its licensors. “Sharp” and the Sharp visual identity are trademarks of Vy Group, LLC. Product images and descriptions supplied by retailer or network partners remain the property of those partners.
Your content
You own the photos you submit. The limited license you grant us to process them for a You preview is described in Your photos & the You preview above, and no broader license is implied.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation.
AI generated content
Styling recommendations, written rationale, and the You preview image are generated by AI systems operating over the information you provide and Sharp’s controlled catalog. They are stylistic suggestions and approximations, not guarantees. In particular, the You preview is not a substitute for trying a garment on: actual color, fit, and drape may differ from both the preview and the retailer’s own product photography.
Third party content & links
The Service links to and displays content from third-party retailers and affiliate networks. We provide these for convenience and do not endorse or control them. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any recommendation, price, or availability shown will be accurate at the moment you view it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vy Group, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vy Group, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service, including any photo you submit without proper consent; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice, including to protect our users or systems. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Governing law & disputes — will survive.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Each party waives any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
